Dilan Gamage, a talented young song writer by who came to the industry 5 years ago with the song  Hirimal Wayase  sung by Romesh Lakshan. Afterwards, for couple of years, Dilan went silent due to his professional priorities in the local advertising industry. Breaking this silence, he steps back to his first love; writing songs. The grand come back was the song  Dunnu Wedana  by Visharadha Nirosha Virajini which turned out to be a tremendous success. The secret behind this creative young writer is his never ending thirst to explore new areas of song writing and developing a unique identity of his own. This is the sole reason for his major success in crafting heart touching songs that hit the pinnacle of popularity among each and every listener of Sri Lankan Pop Music. Dilan was blessed with the opportunity to write songs to both amateur singers as well as veterans such as Latha Walpola.

Dilan has worked with Nirosha Virajini, Chandana Liyanarachchi, Shehan Mihiranga, Theekshana Anuradha, Chamara Weerasingha, Damith Asanka, Bachi Susan, Samitha Mudunkotuwa, Uresha Ravihari, Amarasiri Peiris, Amal Perera and many more popular artists. Also, he has done theme songs for two Sinhala Films and a Tele-drama.
